We require the following be sent or emailed in order for us to make an assessment of your manuscript: 

• A two page summary of the manuscript
• The entire manuscript in a Word 'doc' file, as one file (not in separate files by chapter)
• Concepts (or art *) for a cover
• Concepts (or art *) of any black and white images in book

It can take us approximately 3 to 9 months (depending on current manuscript volume) to read and assess a manuscript. We have an assessment team that makes recommendations for each manuscript we receive. If your work is filled with too many grammatical, punctuation or spelling errors it is less likely to be reviewed thoroughly.  Even during the review, the level of quality in a manuscript will have strong baring on our publishing it.

With your email address we will inform you each month if your manuscript is in the cycle or still waiting to be reviewed. As with all publishing companies, you must sign an agreement for us to review your work that gives us exclusive right to examine the manuscript for a period of up to 9 months. After that, or on mutual agreement, the manuscript may be returned to you without completing a review cycle.

 * We normally provide the artwork from your concepts. If you have an artist you like, you can certainly have them do your art at  your own expense.
